Abstract: This study is focused on the synthesis of core-shell type of magnetic particles, where magnetic core is carbonyl iron (CI) microparticles and conducting shell is poly(2-(1H-pyrrole-1-yl)ethyl methacrylate) (PPEMA) synthesized using atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) technique.
