Abstract: Hylocomium splendens, species of moss frequently used for biomonitoring purposes, was subjected to metal oxide nanoparticle suspensions (nano-TiO2, nano-ZnO) in known concentrations in order to assess its applicability in biomonitoring of metal oxide nanoparticle pollution.
