Abstract
TiCN layers are widely used for their high hardness and abrasion resistance. Their structure, chemical composition and mechanical properties are affected by deposition parameters. In the present work, there were studied four TiCN layer deposited on Al substrate under variating C2H2/N2 process gas flow ratio.
