Abstract

The article deals with the evaluation issue of deformation in the sharp radius of pressed parts. In theory deals with the stressed states and deformation of the molded body and then with the methods of their evaluation using deformation networks and numerical simulations. The obtained results are verified by microscopic observation of the measured sites of pressed parts.
