Abstract

This paper presents results of tests done in one of the prototype centre of automotive company. The researchers focused on reliability of labelling made of label printer. At the beginning of the article it has been hypothesized that there is a need of protecting of label printed in prototype shop because of damage possibility during transportation between operating stands. Authors try to justify the hypothesis using the results of case study. The summary of these studies ware used to increase satisfaction of plant management and customer. Recommendations prepared based on the analysis are focused on improving of the visibility of letters on the label.
